Lone worker case studies

Following on from my last post, and the lack of detail in the NHS case studies, I went straight to the HSE site and found some very useful examples.

hse.gov.uk/violence/loneworkcase.htm

Lots of detail in here and covers most of the ‘at risk’ professions. The ‘Summary of key points’ is particularly good and re-enforces my view that workshop style learning amongst staff is invaluable, not just for sharing concerns amongst team members but also for providing peer to peer reassurance to those staff who feel vulnerable.
